The Lion King
If you’re going to remake a classic, make sure it does the original justice. This version of the 1994 jewel will be directed by Jon Favreau and will feature a stellar list of celebrity voices such as Chiwetel Ejiofor, Seth Rogen, Beyoncé Knowles-Carter and James Earl Jones to name a few. Animation will be photorealistic computer graphics so expect a visual feast of Serengeti drama.

Star Wars: Episode IX
The third and final instalment in the Star Wars sequel trilogy – and the ninth in the linear story aside from the standalone films – will enthral audiences and conclude what has been intergalactic storytelling spanning more than three decades. Details are sparse in addition to what we know from the previous two films. With directorial changes and the passing of Carrie Fisher poses major challenges during the filming and production of the film, fans will be hoping the concluding film delivers on the cinematic experience just as the previous films did.
